Who We Are

Larry Blizzard started Signature Properties, Inc. in 1996 with a desire to provide quality renovations to upgrade the older homes in Baltimore. With a strong background in house renovation and desire to preserve the quality of yesteryear's craftsmanship and attention to details, Larry started out buying single family homes.

Along the way, Signature acquired a sizable portfolio of rental properties in the Baltimore and the surrounding counties.  Signature has been recognized as one to the top landlords for providing quality single family housing to both open market rental families as well as to the government subsidized programs.
