We just wanted to thank you for all your help in making our transition from house to apartment as painless as possible.  We have been involved in buying and/or selling houses before, and the experience was always extremely frustrating.  It's amazing how quickly you were able to get everything done.  We first contacted you on June 24th.  You came out to the house the following day, made us an offer and explained to us exactly what to expect.  Everything went as you had described it.  We couldn't be more pleased with the process and consider it a positive experience.  That we were able to go to settlement on July 23rd, less that one month following our initial contact, is extraordinary (you should check the Guinness Book--you may qualify for a world record!)

We also appreciate your patience in responding to all of our nervous phone calls.  You were always helpful and reassuring.

In 1996 when Miss Bauer agreed to hold the mortgage on your Reisterstown property that you bought from her, she was a little hesitant.  Most of her investments consisted of CD's.  However, it didn't take her long to realize that dealing with you was a good decision.  It pleases her that she never had to wait for the monthly payment...it was in her hand before the due date.

Of course when my husband and I took over the mortgage, your reputation had proceeded you and we had no concerns about continuing in the original agreement or extending the original agreement by another two years.
